Note from the Founder

My name is Tiffany Perry and I am a certified health and wellness coach. Since my adolescent years, I've struggled with weight insecurities that impacted me socially, emotionally, and physically. I reached an all-time high weight of 227 lbs. After many unsuccessful diets and strenuous exercising, I joined the military with the goal of becoming disciplined and healthier. While I did lose weight, like many others, I struggled to keep it off. I spent years obsessing over numbers on the scales, struggling to find the motivation and discipline to make lasting changes to my health. It was through my own struggles and triumphs that I realized the importance of approaching health and fitness holistically, which considers the body, mind/emotions/will, and spirit of a person.
