Our Group Health Coaching program is designed to bring people together to support and share their goals and interests with each other while on their health and wellness journeys, building community and camaraderie. Based upon your choice in creating a group, groups may be developed with family members, friends, co-workers, members of a congregation, etc.
Group Coaching offers a customized approach agreed upon by participants which will address their desired outcomes for healthier lifestyles. This may include weight management/lose, balanced eating, workouts, stress management, etc. Also, opportunities to utilize any of the (5) F’s framework established in the health and fitness program can be incorporated into any customized group plan.
Our experienced and certified health coaches will lead group sessions in exercise, motivational and educational empowerment.
